Since our original design work in 1998, Aria Group has had a hand in the
evolution of ECD Company’s CityPark, a mixed-use development in Lincolnshire, IL. Our work includes
the addition of an end cap structure and various tenant build-out projects.
Viper Alley, located in CityPark, is the vision of Scott Greenberg of ECD. This live music venue hosts a variety of musical acts in a themed environment that includes bowling, a pizza café and amenities to cater to group events. State-of-the-art lighting and sound envelops patrons as they enjoy the music of local and national talent. Six bowling lanes, comfortable lounge areas, and an open pizza oven station are featured in this industrial-themed venue ideally suited for the steel, masonry and glass retail center Aria Group Architects designed over 10 years ago.
