The project involved many professional disciplines working together in a short timeframe to essentially change the landscape of a blighted section of Michigan City’s Trail Creek. Working closely with marine consultants, Aria Group developed the 40 acre plan that included a new waterway for the gaming vessel, a new marina for the city as well as land based structures for the project. These structures include an eight story, 200 room resort hotel and an 87,000 SF docking pavilion.
Aria Group also completed new updated interior venues in the docking pavilion for the new owners which include a buffet restaurant, deli, nightclub, coffee kiosk and a fine dining restaurant.
