Ari Fox and Ken Obel along with a group of private investor’s including Gary and Mimi Hopmayer had a vision of an upscale European market featuring gourmet prepared foods.  Aria designed a number of personalized shopping “stages” within the loft like market, each featuring stylized food offerings, including a 50 seat café for dining on the premises.
