We were asked to help plan and design the largest resort ever proposed in Belize. The project includes over 750 condos and town homes, a new marina, golf course, hotel, casino, retail, harbormaster building, single family home sites, nature preserve and employee housing. We worked with the Linden Group and Strukture Architects (of Belize) in the master planning while focusing on the reception building. This building includes a restaurant, bar, dive shop, offices, hotel rooms, spa and retail. The project is in the preliminary planning stage while financing is arranged.
