Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Wheeling, IL

After enjoying success in Orland Park and Burr Ridge, Tim McEnery and Tom Roos are opening a third Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant. Each of the three Cooper’s Hawk locations has a different style of winemaking providing a unique experience and a wide variety of wines to explore. Only the finest grapes from all over the country are used.

Like Aria Group’s vision for the Burr Ridge location, the stylish, modern design of the Wheeling location is the perfect backdrop for a winery that pairs its own house wines with a complementary menu.  It features a Napa Style wine tasting room, full-service bar, private party rooms, and wine retail shop. This unique concept has taken off and more locations are in the planning stages.
