The design concept for this 3 rd Joe’s (South Beach and Chicago) was to maintain the character and classic style we developed for the Chicago restaurant with a little more pizzazz for Las Vegas. However, this restaurant is designed to give patrons a comfortable escape from the glitter and lights of the Las Vegas strip. By creating a mezzanine and defining spaces diners do not sense they are in a 466 seat restaurant.
