ECD commissioned Aria Group to plan and build a lifestyle center that turned away from the formula suburban retail strip center. Building mass placement engaged into smaller parking zones resulted in more pedestrian-scaled exterior spaces and became a counter-point to big box structures surrounded by massive concrete parking lots.
