Aria Group has worked with the Fielding’s owner, Cary Attar, on previous projects such as Fox & Obel and Hubbell & Hudson. The Fielding’s concept focuses on made from scratch, fresh foods with an emphasis on organic ingredients. In keeping with this theme our design focused on natural/reclaimed furnishing and finishes in simple, classic styles. The first location was Fielding’s Wood Grill and the second was Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar. Both  utilize repurposed and energy efficient materials including LED lighting, environmentally friendly HVAC systems and a custom wood grill.
Fielding’s Wood Grill also includes reclaimed antique oak barn wood as well as bar, iPad counter and bathroom sinks made from reclaimed concrete. The iPad bar is a unique feature that allows for tech-savvy patrons to surf the net during their visit. Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar consists of ground-up construction designed to be the showcase piece in a new retail development at the Creekside Village Center. This location features reclaimed douglas fir, seating made of recycled leather and a Carrera marble clad bar covered by a black & silver countertop. The bar back wall incorporates a full height, refrigerated, all glass wine bar, internally lit shelving that accommodates 150 spirits, and a custom brass tap featuring 25 craft beers. Both locations highlight this concept as an expansive New American eatery; a bright and airy, contemporary space that complements the thoughtfully plated cuisine.
