Hyatt Place

Hyatt decided to develop a hotel concept for business travelers to compete with Hilton Garden Inn. Aria Group brought their creative restaurant and hospitality experience to the team. The concept was a “home away from home” complete with a variety of food and beverage choices available day and night. The first Hyatt Place in Lombard was a conversion of an existing Amerisuites. Aria Group designed comfortable lounge areas, an eat-in kitchen with pantry and an upscale coffee/ espresso bar. It received an award for best lobby and public space design from Hotel World’s Global Hospitality and Design Awards.
