Bowling Green Block 6 – Mixed-Use Planning

Aria Group worked with MR Group and Alliance Corporation developing a unique 46,000 SF restaurant and plaza concept adjacent to a minor league ball park. The project was developed at street level of a new mixed-use building that included a center core of multi-level parking. The goal was to create a row of restaurants that create synergy with the seasonal activity of the ballpark and work as viable concepts during the off season as well. Aria Group’s work included the design of 7 full service and quick casual restaurants, a drive-in take out facility, banquet center, and commissary kitchen that will service the entire complex. Also, an outdoor plaza adjacent to the ball park that includes outdoor cafes, landscaped planting areas, and site structures are included in the plan.
