Working with Jupiter Realty, Christopher B. Burke, and the city of Chicago Ridge – Aria Group created options for 82 acres of under-utilized industrial property in Chicago Ridge. The triangular site is bordered by Rt. 43, Southwest Highway, and Interstate 294 which provides excellent visibility. Depending on the retail mix, the project has over 390,000 sf of buildings that include restaurant pad sites, a soccer facility, movie theater, golf concept, and potential big box retail. Water detention plays a key part in designing grounds with richly landscaped roads and sidewalks, gathering places and soccer fields. Over 3,000 on grade parking spaces are located in strategic areas that allow for cross-use between concepts based on hours of operation.
