In the 1980s, Robert Brozin and Fernando Duarte started Nando’s, a UK-based chicken restaurant featuring Peri-Peri chili sauces. Their inspiration came from cuisine created centuries ago by Portuguese settlers in South Africa. When the concept developed a devoted following, Nando’s spread worldwide. Since the start of our relationship in 2007, Aria Group has helped Nando’s expand in the US Market with 30 great locations around the Northeast and Chicagoland areas. Causal comfort, natural materials and support of contemporary African artists are key elements of the design, but each location reflects local flavor.
