Benefits, Perks & Incentives

PTO & VTO day

Aria believes that creativity comes from taking time out of work to relax and unwind. We offer competitive PTO for employees at all levels.

Employees will also have one Volunteer Time Off (VTO) day each year giving them the opportunity to donate their time to a cause that is meaningful to them.

HOLIDAYS & floating holidays*

We observe six major holidays and offer two additional floating holidays. Floating holidays are offered to all employees who may opt to take a day off for a religious or cultural holiday that is not observed by the company holiday calendar.

A floating holiday can also be used adjacent to an observed holiday or taken to celebrate your birthday!

TELECOMMUTING

Employees can opt for a hybrid schedule to work remotely 1 to 2 days/week following a 90-day, in-office orientation period. The orientation period allows our new employees to meet team members, get a feel for our culture and to become comfortable with our collaborative workflow process. Hybrid schedules do hold certain expectations including effective, ongoing communication with project management and the flexibility to amend a desired hybrid schedule based on client or team meetings, as needed.

HEALTH INSURANCE & other benefit policies

Aria Group offers a robust collection of options including a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, HMO, High Deductible Plan, Vision/Dental plans (employee and dependent offerings), life insurance, short and long-term disability plans, a Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a pet insurance option for your furry friends. Staff will also have access to enroll in our Commuter Benefits Program. Details for all plans can be found in the benefit enrollment materials

INVESTMENT PLANNING

Employees can elect to participate in Aria Group’s 401(k) plan. Aria Group will match 50% of employee contributions up to 5% of your salary. Matching contributions vest over 6 years. Employees may also opt to contribute to a Roth 401(k).

PROFIT SHARING

A creative and talented workforce is vital to our ongoing innovation and success. And when employees are motivated and engaged with an organization’s vision, everyone wins. Under Aria Group’s discretion each year, profits are assessed and shared with our employees via their 401(k) account. Since our founding year in 1989, we have shared profits every year but two. Employer profit sharing contributions vest over 6 years.

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH

Every new employee will onboard with a mentor—a fellow colleague that is one or two experience levels above. This is a great resource for day-to-day questions and systems knowledge. Through our Collaborative Coaching model, employees are supported through an encouraging and meaningful work culture to build their talents and grow their multidisciplinary skill set.

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE

We want our employees to take the time they need to care for and bond with their newborn, newly adopted or newly placed child. Our 4-week paid policy is designed to provide everyone with an opportunity to spend time with their family during this exciting period. This policy runs concurrently with FMLA and any short-term disability coverage, as applicable. Eligibility begins after one year of employment.
