Martika joined Aria Group in 2013 as a Resource Librarian, building a strong foundation in design resources, product knowledge, and vendor relationships. These skills continue to influence her projects and inspire collaboration within the design team. After earning her BFA in Interior Architecture from Columbia College Chicago, she transitioned into a full-time Designer role, bringing creativity and resourcefulness to every project. She contributed to a variety of projects until 2021 and returned in 2024 as a Project Designer. She uses her considerable skill and diverse range of experience to bring a new angle to each project she works on. With expertise in space planning and prototyping, she brings concepts to life with precision and care. Martika leads by example and mentors her team to develop bold, creative designs which live up to her high standard of quality.

With her passion for Hospitality Design focused on Food + Beverage and Sports + Entertainment, Martika enjoys blending innovative ideas and technology to create engaging, story-driven spaces. Her passion for storytelling shapes environments that evoke thoughtful physical and emotional experiences, while her love for art infuses fresh energy and playfulness into every project.
