Aria’s work on this project covered just about everything – from the overall site layout to the building shell designs and the full interior buildouts for Small Cheval and Stan’s Donuts. The site sits between an existing Taco Bell and Giordano’s, and to make room for the new development, Rosemont cleared out an underused parking garage and an older restaurant.
From the beginning, our main goals were straightforward: make sure the new concepts were highly visible from Higgins Road, design parking that works for the flow of the site, and create an easy, intuitive traffic pattern for both guests and drive-thru users. The building designs focus on clean, functional forms with contemporary details, giving each brand a strong architectural backdrop to shine.
