This location debuts a reimagined entry and guest experience through a bold architectural and interior evolution that sets a new benchmark for the franchise. The Aria team worked in close partnership with Topgolf to develop and implement this next-generation retail and lobby concept, specifically designed to create a seamless and cohesive brand experience that will be mirrored across future builds.
The exterior façade is defined by unique architectural features, most notably the stacked brick detailing that adds rich texture and a premium feel to the building’s massing. This craftsmanship extends beyond the front doors, as players can appreciate the newly integrated brickwork while relaxing on the outdoor patio and terrace. These tactile elements ensure the transition from the exterior to the interior is both fluid and inviting.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a vibrant, redesigned entry that immediately communicates the brand’s energetic spirit. The lobby serves as the heart of the guest experience, anchored by a signature sculptural golf ball wall—a focal point which blends modern art with brand heritage.
The interior environment is further elevated by an energetic color palette, branded LED signage, and a strategically integrated retail space that maximizes both flow and engagement. New graphic elements line the walls of the bar, bringing a fresh energy to the space.
