Working with Jared Schenk of the Schenk Realty Group, the Chicago Fire Soccer Club and IDEO for branding, Aria Group converted a vacant manufacturing building site into a year- round soccer center. The 205,000 square foot site includes two, regulation size turf soccer fields and the first air-supported dome within Chicago’s city limits.

The dome is erected seasonally to facilitate year-round use of the fields, transforming into a brightly lit, temperature controlled indoor facility. With over 100,000 square feet of indoor playing space that features six turf fields, including a smaller field perfect for small sided games, goal keeper training and more. The center also serves neighboring schools and
recreational sports leagues. The development includes a 14,800 square foot mixed-use building with field management offices, a restaurant, retail shop and training center.
