Crust Brewing

We partnered with Crust Brewing and the father-son duo behind the concept to bring to life a space that shares their love for all things craft – craft beer, quality food, and unmatched hospitality.  The design focuses on the blending of elements to create an environment that is dynamic and inviting. Salvaged materials and Italian motifs speak to the menu’s culinary roots, providing the perfect backdrop for the classically tiled, Italian wood-burning ovens. Curvilinear ceiling & lighting elements add a softness that balances the industrial brewery equipment. Steel trim separates rustic brick from Venetian plaster in an arched detail that references an existing barrel vault, beneath which, tailored upholsteries and muted olive accents add a richness to the palette and ensure the space feels enlivened and approachable.
