When property owners are looking to lease a space, it can be difficult for prospective tenants to imagine the possible uses for an empty space. Aria Group worked with One S Wacker to demonstrate the wide range of options for their ground-floor space. Creating a visual concept enables buyers to envision how the site might work for their own business beyond the existing furnishings or structural details. We approached this project looking to show to show the site’s versatility and potential. In the same space, we put together concepts for a full-service restaurant, a fast-casual restaurant, and a coffee shop. Any one of these could work seamlessly in the building. There is no limit to the prospects of any given space, only in the imagination a designer brings to the table.
