Aria Group partnered with Prime Group and the Residence Inn Marriott for the adaptive reuse of the existing Roanoke Building in downtown Chicago. The conversion gave rise to the Residence Inn & Restaurant and the Roanoke Club project scope included design for the lobby, private meeting/dining rooms, restrooms, servery, and the connected restaurant and bar, Roanoke, which offers delectable American cuisine cooked in a modern display kitchen using the fire of a rotisserie and brick oven.

Masculine leathers, rich woods, architectural moldings, antique brass accents, and modern touches are the main themes throughout the space. It was this special attention to the project’s concept that gives the Roanoke Club an authentic feel that is both comfortable and luxurious. Masculine lines are tailored to contrast with subtle historical references, some original to the 1913 building, for visual interest.
