Working with StreetMac, Aria is developing master plans for enhancing the Stratford Square Mall property. The concept focuses on modifying existing GLA around the mall entrances to provide more opportunities for new restaurant tenants to incorporate exterior façade exposure coupled with landscaped cafes.  The strategy of “turning inside-out” GLA  for restaurant use offers new opportunities for retail tenants to see increased traffic and offer restaurant concepts the exposure and synergy of mall shoppers currently not part of the interior mall concept paradigm.
