Aria developed the Chicago Bonci location, offering the Roman-style, “pizza al taglio” from the world-famous Gabriele Bonci. This concept is unique in that it offers a pizza with an airy, crunchy crust with eclectic ingredients not seen anywhere else. The design continues the clean concept with industrial touches featured in the first store in Rome.
The intent of the design was to make the beautiful pizzas the focus with light finished millwork and timeless design features that add softness and character to compliment the all natural ingredients.
